Grant Applications No special form of Grant Application is required. Your request should include, at a minimum: 1. Name, address, and Federal ID No. of the applicant 2. A copy of the applicant's Federal tax exemption letter 3. Names and addresses of the applicant's officers and board of directors or trustees 4. Applicant's Mission Statement 5. A detailed explanation of the purpose of the grant 6. The amount requested and a breakdown of how it would be used We may request additional information.

Our total gifts to ministries other than ElderSource average around $200,000 per year. Most of our grants are annually reoccurring and there is usually little opportunity for new grants, especially large ones (more than $1000) . If you wish to request a grant please file a Grant Application. Applications are considered as received and there is no deadline. Grant requests will be considered only where their purpose is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ or to provide humanitarian aid to the disadvantaged, and only where the applicant is a 501(c)(3) organization.
